As the season changes and September arrives, it’s time to shift from the relaxed pace of summer to the energized rhythm of fall. The start of the school year and the celebration of Canada Labour Day mark the perfect moment to set new goals and embrace the transformative power of martial arts.

KFitness Update
KFitness will be closed on September 2nd for the holiday, but we’re excited to announce that we’ll generally be open on future statutory holidays from 4 pm to 8 pm for technical assessments and improvement sessions. If we decide to close for any major holiday, we’ll let you know a week in advance via email and in-class announcements. This is your chance to refine your skills and kick off the season with renewed energy!
