In addition to our regular courses, we offer a large selection of specialty exercises like mma, a sparring only class, 12 round cardio kickboxing fitness, boxing, Karate, mixed martial arts, jiu jitsu, real self defense . We’re open 6 days/week which means students can always find a time to fit in their training schedule. Our adult only program offers a modified curriculum so students can train with their peers and learn techniques at their own pace. Finally, Kfitness graduation ceremonies allow members to progress at their own fitness level and achieve their level of knowledge and experience.

Without the proper warm up and conditioning members will have a much greater risk of getting injured. K-Fitness has different martial arts courses including the 12 Round cardio kickboxing Fitness for health and body toning. Kfitness is the only mma system with SKF 12 belts system grading based on short and long term goals and plans
